merry new year!!
so, for new year's 2006 i posted pictures from 2005. i can't do that this year. didn't bring enough pictures from 2006 with us. sorry. no year in review for you.
new year's eve was very very quiet. during the day we went into tokyo, harajuku to be specific. visited the meiji jingu shrine...
walked down takeshita dori...
and then walked some more. we had dinner at our place (sushi, gyoza, etc.)... dad ate sushi.
I KNOW!! the parents were back at their hotel by 9:30pm and crashed by 11pm.
new year's day in japan is very busy. not much is open, but everyone (well, maybe not everyone) goes to visit a shrine or a temple.
trains were busy.
today we adventure to mt. fuji.

We had our annual chinese food supper at our house. All the usual suspects were here including your brother. We missed you all.
